International Shipping Information

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (for example by email) before the 14-day period expires.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, items must be returned within 14 days. Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to display the refund.

Sale and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Price adjustments cannot be applied retroactively. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
