Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (en blanc e.K., Michael-Herr-Str. 13, 72555 Metzingen, Germany, orders@enblanc.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us – en blanc e.K. (Michael-Herr-Str. 13, 72555 Metzingen, Germany) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
