Delivery Information and Lead Times

We ship worldwide and aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days for all items that are in stock. The selected delivery option will be honoured once processing is complete. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.  Delivery times begin on the next working day after the customer issues the payment order to their bank (in the case of prepayment), or on the next working day after the contract has been concluded for all other payment methods.

During peak season, processing on all orders can take up to 14 working days once order has been placed.

International Shipping Information

If you order products on our website that are to be delivered to another country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the originally estimated delivery times. By placing an order with us, you are considered the "importer" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. We are not liable or responsible if you violate such laws.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window. This allows you 14 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request. Refunds will only be issued after our customer service team has reviewed and approved your request.

Return & Exchange Portal

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to orders@enblanc.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Sale and promotional items are excluded from returns and exchanges. They cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Once a product has been purchased at a specific price, any subsequent price reductions, discount promotions, or sale prices cannot be applied retroactively — even in the case of an exchange.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product. This allows us to assess the situation promptly and resolve the problem for you.

Refunds

After your return has arrived and been reviewed, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Exchanges

To receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your current item first. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item

International Returns

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. These may include return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any processing fees charged by the respective customs authority. These costs will not be covered or reimbursed by us. Please inform yourself in advance about potential fees in your country.
